At Allsize Companys A/S (“Allsize Company” or “we”) we prioritize data security and confidentiality. This privacy policy sets out clear guidelines for Allsize Company's processing of your personal data. It will always be stated in connection with the provision of information whether the provision of information is voluntary or necessary for the completion of the desired action, such as completing a transaction in our webshop.

- When you sign up for NORTH's newsletter
- When you participate in one of NORTH's competitions
Even if you use your e-mail address in more than one of the above cases, your information will only be collected and registered in one place. This means that your information can be reused, for example, when you shop with us, and you avoid receiving the same marketing material from NORTH LATITUDE several times.

We keep statistics on which areas of the website our users visit and which products are the users' favorite. This data does not contain personal data. However, we use data about all our users' navigation to understand how our users as a group use www.northlatitude.dk and try to improve the website on this basis. However, information for the delivery of goods is disclosed to the logistics company and freight company used by us. 6. Deletion of personal data
Personal data provided in connection with the completion of an order in our webshop will be deleted after 5 years to the end of a financial year (calendar year). Personal data provided in other cases, such as newsletter subscriptions, will be deleted when we no longer need to process it for the fulfillment of one or more of the purposes set out in section 3 above. However, the data may be processed and stored longer in anonymized form.
