Terms and conditions of sale and delivery
These terms and conditions apply to goods purchased on www.northlatitude.eu. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice to you. The terms and conditions that will apply to your order will be those stated on www.northlatitude.eu at the time you place your order.
www.northlatitude.eu is owned by Contrast Company A/S, CVR no. 33 95 48 16, Rudolfgårdsvej 6A, DK-8260 Viby, e-mail address info@northlatitude.dk.
All agreements are made in Danish.
A final and binding agreement between you and Contrast Company exists when your order has been confirmed by NORTH LATITUDE. NORTH LATITUDE will send an order confirmation to you via e-mail when the order has been accepted and shipped. The order receipt received immediately after your submission of the order does not constitute an order confirmation.
You can only purchase products on NORTH LATITUDE's webshop as a private consumer and not as a business customer.

Payment and delivery
We accept payment by Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro and MobilePay.
We only deduct the amount when the item is shipped.
If you have ordered several items and one of the items is backordered, we will only deduct payment for this item when it is shipped.
Prices are stated in Danish kroner incl. VAT. The price of shipping is added to the price of the item. You choose the shipping method at the end of the payment process.
Shipping prices when ordering items on NORTH LATITUDE's webshop:

  • GLS parcel shop or DAO parcel shop: EUR 7.99 - free delivery for purchases over EUR 99
  • DAO home delivery to private address: EUR 7.99 - free delivery on purchases over EUR 99
  • GLS home delivery to private address: EUR 9.99

NORTH LATITUDE strives to ship orders as soon as possible, and we normally try to deliver within 1-3 business days of your purchase, however, longer delivery times may be experienced during holiday periods or around public holidays. In the unfortunate event that the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you can cancel your order.
The item will be delivered with GLS or DAO.
We deliver to Denmark with the exception of Greenland and the Faroe Islands. We deliver to private and business addresses, but not to PO boxes.
Redgreen is not obligated to deliver items that are out of stock.
We reserve the right to cancel the purchase agreement in any of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:

  • Your payment details are not correct or cannot be verified
  • Your order is placed with the purpose of committing fraud etc. or placed in connection with a criminal offense or other illegal activity
  • An unintentional error occurs on the website, e.g. a payment error or similar

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers and you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days after the day you or another person you have chosen, but not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several goods in one order and we cannot deliver the goods at the same time, the withdrawal period runs from the day you or another person you have chosen, but not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal
You cancel by notifying us that you wish to cancel. Notification of withdrawal is sent by e-mail to info@northlatitude.dk. You cannot cancel by refusing to receive the goods or by failing to collect them without also notifying us of your cancellation. If we receive your goods back without notification from you about exercising your right of withdrawal, we will consider the return of the goods as an exercise of the right to withdraw from the purchase.
The right of withdrawal is complied with if you submit unequivocal notice that you are withdrawing from the purchase before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return of the goods and return costs
If you regret the purchase of an item, you must send the item to Redgreen Wholesale - Rudolfgårdsvej 6A - 8260 Viby J - Denmark without undue delay and no later than 30 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods within the 30 days.
When you return an item, you must always enclose our return slip in completed condition - the return slip was included with your goods when you received them. If the return slip is lost, you can have a new one sent to you by contacting our customer service at info@northlatitude.dk.
Items cannot be sent cash on delivery or without delivery.
You must pay for the return of the goods yourself.

Refund of the money
When you cancel a purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs.
Partial withdrawal: This does not apply if you have purchased several items in one order and you only withdraw part of your purchase. In such cases, we will not refund the delivery costs.
If you have chosen a form of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery we offer, you will not be refunded the extra cost.
The amount will be refunded without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your withdrawal. However, we may withhold payment until we have received the goods back.
We will attempt to make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees of any kind as a result of the refund.

Testing of the product and packaging
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You may normally examine the goods in the same way as you can and may in a shop, but you may not put them into use. Therefore, you may not cut off price tags, labels and the like. The item must be returned in its original packaging. If you have used the item in a way that is not allowed in a shop and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at full price again, you should expect us to deduct the depreciation in value from the amount to be returned to you. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase price.
You should also ensure that the item is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk for the package(s) until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt and any track and trace number.

Complaints - If there is something wrong with the item
If there is a defect in an item, such as a material or manufacturing defect, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.
You can complain about defects in the product within 24 months from the time of delivery by contacting us at info@northlatitude.dk.
We ask you to provide as much detail as possible about what the problem is. Use our return form and state the complaint in the return code and send the return form together with the product to Contrast Company A/S - Rudolfgårdsvej 6A - 8260 Viby J - Denmark.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.
If you no longer have the return slip and return label, you can contact our customer service at info@northlatitude.dk and have a new one sent to you.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipment. Save the postal receipt including information about shipping costs and any track and trace number.

Right to complain
If we cannot agree on the handling of the complaint, you may submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Competition and Consumer Agency, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.forbrug.dk.

Liability
Contrast Company A/S is not liable for delays or non-fulfillment of the agreement due to force majeure. As long as a force majeure situation exists, Redgreen is exempt from fulfilling its obligations.
Contrast Company A/S's liability for all claims for damages is limited to an amount corresponding to the price of the product you have purchased.
