Personal data is any kind of information that, to some extent, can lead to the identification of you as a physical person. When you use our website, we collect and process a range of such information. This occurs, for example, through general access to content, if you sign up for our newsletter, or if you make purchases via the website.

To the extent that you explicitly consent to this and enter the information yourself, we also register: name, address, email, phone number, and details about your payment card. Typically in connection with signing up for our newsletter or making a purchase.

We have secured your data against accidental or unlawful deletion, disclosure, misuse, and other processing contrary to legislation, both technically and organizationally. Purchase transactions are handled via a secure link.

We store the information for the period permitted by law, and we delete it when it is no longer necessary for our purposes. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for obtaining it. As a general rule, we delete your data immediately if your inquiry does not lead to a customer relationship. Contractual obligations are retained as long as the customer relationship is active. If a customer relationship is terminated, we store the information for up to 5 years from the last invoice date.

Code of Conduct

To whom it may concern

Our company is committed to avoiding and addressing negative impacts on the fundamental principles of social, environmental, and economic development that we cause, contribute to, or are linked to through our business relationships.

Therefore, we have asked all our suppliers to operate in accordance with the requirements of a Code of Conduct, which demands that our suppliers work towards alignment with internationally recognized principles of sustainable development; the international minimum standard for responsible business conduct. We acknowledge that establishing the necessary processes outlined in this Code of Conduct requires both time and resources, especially in the initial stages. We implement and maintain similar processes within our operations.

The Code of Conduct should therefore be understood as the foundation for our collaboration and dialogue on improving systems for managing negative impacts on human rights, including labor rights, the environment, and anti-corruption. We focus on our suppliers' ability and willingness to demonstrate continuous improvements in meeting the requirements of the Code of Conduct. We are convinced that cooperation and dialogue can result in a more effective partnership from which both parties will benefit.

The guidance below aims to provide you with more in-depth information regarding the brief elements in the Code of Conduct. If you have any questions about this letter, our Code of Conduct, this guidance, or our responsible supply chain management program in general, please feel free to contact our office.
