How do I use my Loyalty Crowns?

1. Start by logging in at the top right corner by the account icon.

2. Enter your email and press continue.

3. You will receive a 6-digit code by email.

4. Enter the code in the field and press "Send".

5. You are now in your "account", where you can see previous orders.

6. Click "Go to shop" in the top right corner.

7. Add products to your cart.

8. Go to checkout.

9. On the right side, you can see your Loyalty Crowns.

10. Click redeem to use your Loyalty Crowns.

11. Then complete the payment process.

 

You must use the same email to log in as you used for previous orders for it to work.
